Terms of Service

These terms set out the basis on which The Zoomies Crew(“we”, “us”, “our”) provides dog walking, day care, home boarding, pet sitting and related services across Lostock Green, Northwich, Knutsford and the surrounding areas. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.
Bookings and the meet & greet
All services are subject to availability. Before your dog's first booking we arrange a free, no obligation meet & greet so we can get to know your dog, agree their routine and make sure our services are the right fit. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the dates, service and price with you.
Prices and payment
Current prices are shown on our Prices page and confirmed when you book. Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking. We may review our prices from time to time, but any change will be agreed with you before it applies to your bookings.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change a booking, please let us know as soon as possible. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for walks and day visits, and longer notice for overnight boarding or sitting. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed bookings, may be charged. We will always try to be fair and flexible where circumstances are genuinely beyond your control.
Your dog
When you book with us, you confirm that your dog:
- Is fit, healthy and up to date with vaccinations, worming and flea treatment
- Has no history of aggression that you have not told us about
- Wears a collar with an ID tag and is microchipped, as required by UK law
Please tell us about any health conditions, medication, allergies, anxieties or behavioural quirks before a booking. We reserve the right to decline or end a service if a dog poses a risk to itself, other animals or people.
Walks and off-lead time
We tailor walks to your dog and the conditions on the day, including adjusting routes and timings in hot or unsafe weather. Off-lead walking is only ever offered with your consent and where it is safe and appropriate for your individual dog. If recall is still a work in progress, we use a long line so your dog still gets freedom without the risk.
Access to your home
For collections, drop-ins and home visits you may provide a key or entry details. We treat these with care, keep them securely, and use them only to provide the services you have booked.
Health and emergencies
Your dog's wellbeing is our priority. If your dog becomes unwell or is injured while in our care and we cannot reach you, you authorise us to seek veterinary treatment on your behalf. You agree to cover any veterinary fees and reasonable costs that result. Please make sure we have your emergency contact details and your vet's details before a booking.
Insurance and liability
The Zoomies Crew is fully insured for the walking, care and boarding of your dog. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for pre-existing illness or injury, for behaviour outside our reasonable control, or for loss or damage that is not caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Photos and updates
We love sharing photo updates of your dog's adventures, and may occasionally use photos on our website and social media. If you would prefer we did not use your dog's photos publicly, just let us know and we will respect that. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Your responsibilities
Please provide accurate information about your dog, along with any food, medication and supplies needed for the booking, and make sure your dog is ready for collection at the agreed time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies to your bookings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
