When you get in touch via our contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp, we may collect:

• Your name and contact details (email, phone number)
• Details about your dog and the service you're interested in
• The content of your message and any follow-up correspondence

How we use it

We use your information only to:

• Respond to your enquiry and arrange a meet & greet
• Provide and manage the dog walking and care services you book
• Keep in touch with you about your bookings

Our lawful bases are your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps to enter into and perform a contract with you. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party marketing.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run this website and handle enquiries, who process data on our behalf: our website host (Netlify), our email delivery provider (Resend) and our secure enquiry storage (Supabase). If you choose to load the map on our contact page, Google may set cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer information only for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

Your rights
